RUDE/IMPATIENT BUYERS

We have the rights to cancel or refund your order if your are rude and impatient

UNSHIPPED ORDERS

If you did not received any parcel or if we didn't shipped your orders yet, please follow up as soon as possible. We will not entertain your remaining items if you make a follow up for over 3 months upon arrival of items in our address.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from act of God, Manufacturing defect/s of sealed items, damages done by the local and international courier.
INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDER

Before opening your package please make sure to have an unboxing video so we can an issue a refund or change the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.

Note: UNBOXING VIDEO IS NEEDED, PHOTO IS NOT ALLOWED.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We will sell your items when you didn't pay the shipping fee, or failure to pick up your orders 2-3 weeks upon arrival to our PH address

CANCELLATION

Please be 100% sure before ordering, we do not allow cancellation once you submit order as we already secured the items. We will put yon on the list of blacklisted/bogus buyer if you failed to pay the cancellation fee of 300 pesos per order.

OUT OF STOCK

In case of out of stock. You have three options:

1. Refund

- We recommend refund using bank transfer. Transaction fee in remittance center will be deducted to your total payment.

2. Change of order

3. Wait for the restock

SHIPMENT

We are not held liable for the delay, loss, damage and error made by the manufacturer, supplier, international courier and local courier.

RETURN FROM LOCAL COURIER

Failure to received your order in delivery will result to return the package in our address. You will pay another shipping fee to ship again the item so make sure your contact number and shipping address was input correctly. We have the right to deny returns if the product is not in good condition by using or opening the product, removal of label and tags.

Youniverse Shop responsibility ends once the item has been shipped. You are responsible to track and follow up your parcel to your designated courier.
